Mouton Excavation Construction Trucking, LLC ("we", "us") runs this website so customers can ask for quotes. This page explains what we do with what you send us.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive what you type into the form:

• your name and cell number
• the job address, the job type, the material, the size of the area and when you need it
• any notes you add

We also receive the page address you sent it from. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your request to look at the job, price it, call or text you back about it, and keep a record of the work we do for you. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.

Where it's kept

Requests are stored in our customer records system, Resonate, provided by Morgan Software LLC of Church Point, Louisiana, which hosts this website for us. They keep it secure on our behalf and don't use it for anything else.

Texts from us

If you ask for a quote, James may call or text the number you gave to answer that request. We don't send marketing texts from this form.
